Terms of Service
Business terms for Snikevent. Creating an organization or using the Service constitutes acceptance.
1. Definitions
Service — the Snikevent cloud product for equipment rental, projects, warehouse, documents, and related workflows.
Customer — a business, LLC, corporation, sole proprietor, or authorized individual that creates an organization in the Service.
Organization — the Customer’s isolated tenant workspace.
Plan — Free / Pro (or other) with seat and feature limits; subscription billing may be enabled later.
Operator — the provider of the Service: LLC Sniketor (brand Snikevent).
2. The Service
Service Operator: Snikevent, legal entity LLC Sniketor, Tax ID 0130420610629, address: Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, Pervomaisky district, Ch. Aitmatov Ave. 16, apt. 68, email: info@snikevent.com, site: https://snikevent.com.
The Operator grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service under the selected Plan for internal business purposes.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Operator may add, change, or retire features so long as the core nature of the Service remains.
3. Accounts and acceptance
These Terms are accepted when the Customer creates an organization, checks the consent box at registration, or continues using the Service after a new version is published.
The Customer warrants that registration data is accurate and that the person accepting is authorized to bind the Customer.
The Customer must keep credentials confidential, manage user roles, and promptly report unauthorized access to the Operator’s email.
4. Acceptable use
The Customer must use the Service lawfully and must not: upload malware; attempt to bypass Plan limits or security; scrape or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law; infringe third-party rights; or process illegal content.
Customer content (clients, projects, orders, documents) belongs to the Customer. The Operator processes it solely to provide the Service (see Privacy Policy and DPA).
The Customer is responsible for tax, invoicing, and equipment-rental compliance toward its own clients, including sales tax collection where applicable.
5. Plans, limits, and fees
Free plans include seat and feature limits shown in the product. Paid plans activate per the pricing and billing screens.
Until a payment provider is connected, requesting Pro may set a pending-provider status without charging a card.
When billing is live: price, period, currency, and method appear in-product. Non-payment may restrict or suspend access.
End-customer order payments (for example Freedom Pay inside the product) are separate from subscription fees for the Service.
6. Intellectual property
Intellectual property in the Service, software, design, and marks belongs to the Operator or its licensors.
The Customer retains all rights in Customer content. The Operator receives a limited license to host and process that content only to operate the Service.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The Operator is not liable for Customer decisions, data accuracy, third-party outages (hosting, auth, payments, email), lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
The Operator’s aggregate liability arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees the Customer paid for the Service in the three months before the claim, or USD $0 on a Free plan, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
8. Term and termination
These Terms apply from acceptance until termination. The Customer may stop using the Service and request export or deletion of organization data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Operator may update these Terms by publishing a new version at /terms. Material changes take effect no earlier than 7 days after publication, except where law requires otherwise.
The Operator may suspend or terminate access for breach, security risk, or a lawful government request.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes informally. If unresolved, exclusive venue is the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there.
Nothing in this section limits either party’s right to seek injunctive relief for unauthorized use of the Service or intellectual property.
